The staff were great and helpful

The property wasn’t great, bed uncomfortable and not much space in the room neither the bathroom. The shower’s head was missing and worst location.

Funzionava male il miscelatore della doccia e del lavello.

Everything was wonderful. The riad is beautiful and the rooms are stunning, very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent, our room was cleaned every day and everything was perfectly organized. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help. Whenever we needed a taxi, they arranged one immediately, and the drivers were safe and reliable. The food was delicious. As three 21 year old girls, we especially appreciated that when we returned late in the evening, they met us at a nearby meeting point so we wouldn’t have to walk alone. They truly made us feel safe and cared for. We would absolutely recommend this riad.

The riad is located in a very authentic area of the Medina, which can feel a little intimidating at night for young travelers. However, this was never really a problem because the staff always made sure we felt safe and helped us whenever needed.

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect. The entire team was absolutely incredible. The property looked the same as online, it was truly amazing.

It was a lovely boutique hotel and the staff were so attentive, going out their way to make sure we were as comfortable as we possibly could be (Samir, Jamal, Nourradine, Fatima and Busarah were amazing)!
