"ok destination for short stay. id rather stay elsewhere w/ towel racks, usb ports and less flies"

basic hotel buffet was ok. found hair in my eggs day two which made me not want to try again. the flies were unappetizing. weird there were so many at new years. more fresh fruit would have been appreciated. there were apples and oranges. always hot food, yogurt and bread/muffins. pool was nice. restaurant/bar at hotel also nice. but also flies.

towel racks: here for four nites and there are NO BATHROOM TOWeL RACKS. ONE HOOK ON WALL. we were fine with the no housekeeping, but where are we supposed to keep our towels? USB ports. install more in room and more plugs too. got there and had to crawl around plugging things in. guessing prior guests needed more plugs too. hot tub: got to hear all the locals who come to swim complain about the hot tub. had no idea when booking that it had been broken for six months. hear Raddison cant afford to fix it. locals say the hotel is hurting and thats why no updates or repairs. or housekeeping flies were nasty

Easy on-off highway location. Polite, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet. Clean comfortable room.

Property showing its age. Finishes in bathroom. Heating/AC unit kept starting/stopping outside room window disturbing sleep. Broken whirlpool.
