L'accueil, l'ambiance tenant à la bonne humeur et au souci de la patronne que ses clients se sentent bien dans son hôtel. Le charme de l'établissement, l'emplacement.

La propriétaire n'y est pour rien, il y a de l'humidité mais déshumidificateur était en fonction, ce qui aidait grandement au problème.
