Four Points by Sheraton Myrtle Beach

Room was clean, great location

Clean property smelled very good. I did notice some walls and ceiling tiles need replacing.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The food at the brine was terrible. There was construction in the parking lot and we weren’t told not to park in a specific area and when we came out to the truck there were workers breaking the pavement right next to our truck.

The staff is lovely!!

We had to request to have our room cleaned. Only one of the two beds was made and there was trash left on the floor in the bathroom. Also, there was only the one desk chair...nothing else.

Room was great, clean and comfortable.

The hotel charged me twice. Booking.com paid, then the next day another charge from the hotel itself was also on my card. I called the hotel and was transferred to a very dismissive and rude representative. I then had to submit forms and bank statements to Booking.com for them to reach out to the Sheraton; unnecessary burden brought on by the hotel itself. Booking.com however, wonderful.

Quiet location.

Location

Not getting the room I paid for. Paid for King River View got a 2 Queen River. I could have gotten that room for less through Booking with Genius with free upgrade. But I didn't need 2 beds. So I paid for a King. Never happened before.

Room was clean & bathroom was decent size.

Hallway was quite dark near the elevator & ice machine (2nd floor)
