"Wonderful"

The host, Juanfran, was amazing - so responsive and great to work with. One time when we had an issue understanding the cooktop, Juanfran popped right over from his office to show us how to operate it. We also got locked out at one point because we had left a key in the door inside so again, Juanfran came to the rescue, answered the phone on the first ring and worked some tech magic to get us inside. And when we went to leave, he coordinated all our taxis and allowed us to store some luggage until departure. The best apartment style service I have ever had. The building was modern and first class, the apartment is incredibly charming and the area is the absolute best.
