Aspen Meadows Resort

It's just to expensive. Food especially. 9 bucks for soda water. 32 bucks for egg breakfast. 560 for the room, which was.amazing. property can't be beat. For some reason, the pool is only a lap lane a requires a reservation. Even though there are nice chaises all around. Fridge is TINY Staff is great

Disappointing experience for the price point. Better than a Holiday Inn, but lacked the attention to detail to be a "luxury experience". Few things that added up to disappointment: -called guest services when we left room at 2pm and told them we'd be back late at night and would like to have housekeeping come while we're gone. Came back at night and housekeeping had never come. This was a huge ball-drop for a room we're paying $650 a night for. -phone was broken in guest room, had to call the hotel on my cell phone to order room service or reach front desk. I believe the phone was broken last time we stayed here as well. Or maybe it loses the charge too quickly? -Kitchen messed up room service order. -Multiple times the outdoor patio was closed when it was perfectly nice to sit outside and eat. i.e. we went in at 10:30am for breakfast and it wasn't open. Waiter said it was because they were waiting for another server to come in. Should have the other server come earlier. People wanna sit outside and enjoy nature, that's the whole point of coming to aspen in the summer/fall. I believe this happened last time we there during breakfast and/or dinner. -Blankets on the bed slept EXTREMELY hot to the point where I didn't really sleep much for the two nights. -small detail but QR code for room service menu was "hidden" by the coffee. You should put that by the phone, which is the obvious spot to put it. Took us 10 minutes to find it.

Available transportation to town and airport

Everything was quiet and close to town walking. Special shout out to Alexsandar for being so kind and helpful.

The staff was quick to help, friendly and knowledgeable! It is a very unique resort that takes time to explore. Would stay again.

We liked it all!

We liked everything, however, the fitness area did not have towels in the men’s or women’s locker room, the hot tub jets didn’t work and the steam bath, and the men’s locker room was in operable. We’re not sure if the sauna worked or not, but they could spend a little more more attention on the spa fitness center making sure everything works and then it’s fully stocked with towels.

The staff was wonderful. We’ll be back!!!

The grounds were immaculate and the staff very helpful with everything. Very comfortable with convenient parking.

Room was great - very big ! Hotel is on a good location - easy drive to town. Wish they had an outdoor pool that wasn’t a lap pool
