It is a good choice if you want to stay away from the center in a quiet place with a few neighbors.

The property location is so high. So if you want to stay here you have to have a car. There are a lot of options to stay in the center of the city for this price.

We had a panoramic spectacular and incredible sea view from the terras of the apartment as well as to the coast line of Alanya and swimming pool. The apartment had 2 spacious bedrooms, kitchen and sitting area open space, a very big terras with jaccuzi , one of bedrooms is Master bedroom with it is own suite and sauna which we havent used due to the outside temperature +35. Good airconditioning.

The Breakfast was not included into the the of EUR150 per night and I find it very unfair. There was NO coffee machine though it is mentioned in the list of amenities, no telephone in the apartment to contact reception, the bath towels were very old and had holes, no rugs on the floor in the bathroom and it was very slippery, no kitchen rolls or hand towels either. The curtains cant be closed and it was bright at night, makes diffucult to fall asleep.

A lot of the doors didn’t close, no cleaning products, no vent in one of the bathrooms, dirty bathroom, the design of one of the bedrooms made it unliveable. Not enough towels.

not 5 star service offered (no clean towels daily, no toilet roll daily, private beach not maintained and no refreshments or snacks offered, water pressure is not good in apartment cannot use two showers at the same time)

The apartment had an amazing view, the infinity pool and aqua park pool were great and the restaurant provided good food options and waiters were fantastic.

-booking is not made directly with resort so there is a travel agent involved this meant all our booking info was not given to resort so they did not know the number of occupants and the mobile discount that was offered was not applied immediately (had to sort this out myself). -hotel is on top of a steep hill so hard to get down without a car especially if you have mobility issues. -towels provided at beginning of stay and you are expected to wash them yourselves for use, fresh towels are not provided daily. -housekeeping is not included you are expected to pay an extra 30 euros for housekeeping! -toilet roll provided for one day and you are expected to buy your own for rest of the stay (despite booking.com stating in facilities section toilet rolls are included) -no balcony furniture - had to be requested numerous times and was received on day 3 of our stay. -went to private beach via hotel shuttle, all it had was a few sun loungers no staff/facilities there to help or offer refreshments or snacks despite it being 33 degrees (very neglected area no facilities there, neighbouring hotels had Sun loungers, showers, water slide, food and drinks hut etc). -only one door key provided for apartment despite us being a group of 6. - water pressure in apartment was terrible so could not use two showers at the same time. Overall a very disappointing stay given we paid approx 5000 euros for three luxury apartments but received below standard service.

Cleanliness , Comfortable, calm area and suitable for families

water jet sometimes was less especially when were using 2 bathrooms at the same time
