Don't get me wrong. It is a nice place to stay. I also liked the location. But unfortunately there also a confirmed reservation does not guarantee that you really will get a room.

I had a reservation for 6 nights. But when I arrived the owner told me that he is overbooked and brought me to a cheeper place (good business for him). Next day I could get my booked room. But after 2 days the owner said that I have to leave again because the rented my room to other people. I refused to leave and the owner was not my friend anymore for the rest of my stay

Wonderful stay from checkin to checkout. Room was quiet and comfortable with excellent AC, very high speed wifi, awesome TV and newly installed bathroom. Staff was 5 stars: kind, anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations. Location is steps away from the island's nicest beach and restaurants. Whole heartedly recommend.

Quiet, clean, comfortable place. Perfect for a chill out holiday. We spent a week there. The host and personnel were very nice and friendly. We got water and fresh towels every day even if we did not want room cleaning. There is a nice restaurant right next to the resort

There was no curtain on the small back window, so light was coming through during the night. We talked to Liam - the manager and the issue was quickly resolved. The window was covered while we were on the beach.

Excellent hotel in Koh Lanta, Liam the owner is extremely nice and accommodating. Room was excellent with comfy bed and facilities. Would definitely recommend. A+
