Motel Grand

Air conditioning not effective. No hvac control in room.

Great place

AC was good.

The manager was nice. Our sheets had stains. There are no room-specific ACs. We had a dirty hand towel. There was no soap or shampoo, but luckily I had my own so we could shower.

Deadbolt doesn’t work and the knob with twist lock is loose. Floor vent has no temp control. Manager has to turn on and off. Staff very friendly and room had lots of space.

For a 75 yr old Motel, our stay was good. Tammy was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. A strange smell in the room and very soft mattress were only downsides. Great spot to run the dog in the back.

The one positive is that it had good water pressure.

Older motel, but the room was clean and the manager was super nice. The bed was comfortable.

It was quiet bcuz they didn’t have the usual modular HVAC system which was great. The room smelled of weed, the mattress coverings were very stained as was the carpet. The bathroom and sink area floor were sticky and dirty and the 1950s brown pink and black tile and blue tub cd use an update. The one inch gap around the tub revealed 1950s pink tile, 1970s poorly cut linoleum and a lot of dirt. The office person was very nice but clearly this property isn’t quite so Grand for $124 and either needs gutted or bulldozed.
