Had 2 beds, and a bathroom. Price was good. Staff was friendly. What else could you need?

Front desk lady was very friendly & personable. She made us feel welcome & comfortable. Room was clean & had frig & microwave & felt homey.

I did not stay at this hotel. I'm not sure what was going on, but when I arrived I was told that I would need to pay cash as the credit card machine was down. Since I reserved with a credit card this seemed odd. She explained that she could not let me have a room unless I paid cash. When I decided to cancel and contacted hotels.com for help they were unable to contact the hotel by phone although they tried several times. Just seemed to odd and put me off staying there....

Clean and great value

Clean comfortable and friendly. Good value.

Comfortable leather chair and old-fashioned love seat. Good sized mini-fridge and easy to use microwave. Bed was ok, but didn't have much cushioning for my ol' hips. Daily room cleaning was good, but deep cleaning and maintanance not so much--dusty cable cord, ill-patched and mismatched painting of walls. No extra roll of toilet tissue. Just a few facial tissues in the dispenser. No drinking glasses, but the water tasted pretty bad, so maybe they don't drink it there. Free bottled water was advertised, but none was left in the room or fridge. Towels and sheets were worn and stained. The bed was shoved up against the wall with no night stand on that side. So far it was ok for the price. But then...For two people we were furnished with two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. I'm not sharing a washcloth! We got "extras" but they were worn through and looked as they had been used for cleaning rags. One had "Doubletree" written in it. We asked for ice and got a broken-through bag of ice that had been made with ice cube trays and left in the freezer until they stuck together. Who made these? I could stay here again, but come prepared with extra tissues and your own towels.
