Location is very convenient Staff is extremely polite and helpful Room was nice

If you come during events in the city - keep in mind that it can be noisy during the night in some rooms

The staff was so great to accommodate any late booking and breakfast to takeaway. My room was clean and cosy.

The room was very good and met all our requirements: it was quiet and had a view of the park. We liked a comfy bed.

1. The hotel's location is good, but it was difficult to find with GPS. 2. We asked during booking for a quiet room if possible, but instead we got a noisy room with air conditioners near the window and a "blind" window to the courtyard with no view at all. However, I must say that the next day the hotel provided us with another room that met all our requirements: it was quiet and had a view of the park. 3. The breakfast was OK but could have been more varied. 4. There was no kettle in the room and after we asked for a kettle we didn't get it but got an answer that there is only 1 kettle in the hotel.

The receptionist was amazing when we couldn't find our way on a very dark rainy night. She sent us an SMS with specific directions and when we got there came out with an umbrella to make sure we stayed dry as we got in. The breakfasts were very good and included local food options. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was a good size and very nice.
