New Mandala Golden Spa Resort

Room booked was mountain view and they didn’t provide that. Bathroom was smelling terrible. I paid 5500 rupees per day with horrible experience. I want money back. I will never book a hotel from Hotels.com.

場所はわかりにくく、大通りから坂を登り、途中で右に曲り、さらに坂を登る。フロントに行くと、まるで予約が入っていないような雰囲気で、いくら支払っているかを確認してから部屋を選んでいたような状況。

Room decor was excellent. Food was ok. But I was not provided with wi-fi password during my stay.

Had a very nice stay. The staff was courteous and attentive- perhaps overattentive as we got many calls throughout our stay asking if we were going to eat each meal at the hotel, etc. It was quite cold while we were there and we were given a heater to make the room more comfortable. We were told it would cost ₹300 per day but did not get charged for it on check-out. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Coffee, tea, water, and toiletries were provided. The view was nice. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options and great chai.
