Easy to find, parking close. Open lot adjacent to parking lot is great for pets.

I specifically requested first floor by an exit as I was traveling with dogs. The staff put us half way down the hall and on the second floor. The pet fee is $20 per pet, far too much.

Location

Non-response from the Manager regarding an unexpected change to our plans. We were registered for 2 nights. The first night we received a call requiring our return home to address an urgent family matter. Left the key with desk clerk early the morning of 2nd day. Requested consideration of a refund for second night. Clerk said since we went thru a booking agency they would need to respond. Following return home, contacted the booking agency. They stated the money collection was with the facility. They contacted facility (twice) with no response, or return call, from manager. To date there has been no response! Extremely frustrated and disappointed in with a non-responsive facility manager!!
