The room was very clean and attractive. Location was perfect for a work meeting I was attending in Pasadena. The hotel was lovely and the young lady who checked me in was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I guess everyone loves soft beds but me, that was the only thing I really didn't like. I like a medium/firm bed and the bed was so soft my back was killing me the next day. Well, I also would have liked to turn on the bathroom light, as a night light, but it was on a timer. So, I didn't like that but I found a work around.

Really cool design elements.

There was trash up and down the halls. It was hot and no water was in the room. And water in their store was outrageously priced. It was loud both early in the morning and late at night and guests were loud in the hallways. Chemical air fresheners were used in the lobby.

I liked the overall vibe, staff and accommodations.

The AC was not working when we first arrived. They sent someone to fix it. However, we discovered the next day that the light around the mirror and the outlets in the bathroom were not working. When we went to check out, I told the front desk and no discount, etc. was offered for our inconvenience.
