"Exceptional"

Most importantly, the room was very clean, specifically the bed, the bedding and the bathroom and shower. The room also smelled clean as we walked in. Not musty at all. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. It’s an older property that needs a little bit of TLC, but they are working on it which was good to see. It looks like they’re undergoing a complete renovation. I hope they leave some of the original charm. The bed was very comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. Next time I’m in Las Cruces I would definitely stay here.

"Horrible"

When I came to the property, I was given a room. The AC did not work fine. I got switched to a second room. The AC didn’t work again. The AC is not working in the lobby. I explained to the lady that I need my money back because I cannot stay in a hotel that has no AC. She is refusing to give me the money back would not give me any high ups phone numbers to contact which I find really appalling. If My employees need to get a hold of me. They’re gonna call me or they’re gonna give the customer my phone number so I can get a hold of.

I think it needs extra cleaning and especially the liening needs some extra clean smell to it. Bathroom ceiling had mold.

The atmosphere of the inside felt authentically old Mexico. We hung out and played games in the enclosed court yard. Enjoyed our stay

"NOISE"

The hotel is nice if a bit dated, but there was so much noise all night!! I’m not sure what was going on at the attached building Club 30 but the people were coming in and out and it echoed through the hallways. At 11pm i heard someone screaming. The breakfast lady was super nice though, 11/10 for all service people i spoke with.

the desk clerk lady was very nice and friendly. Over all the staff we dealt with was very nice. The rear door close to our room was not working properly, which force us to walk a long way in and out.
