NIZA FIVE Luxury Beach Apartments

Good location in Versalles for local eateries and shopping. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was an umbrella, beach towels and chairs for use when we wanted to go to the beach. The area was quite busy during the day, but quite peaceful at night. A great location to watch the sunsets. The building had a secure access, so we felt safe. There was a 300-peso deposit that we had to pay on arrival. It was refunded promptly.

Not as close to the beach as listing title suggests. It's in a beach resort city and about 15/20 min walk to the water. Even though the accommodation is on a high floor facing the ocean, you have to go to the rooftop pool to really view the water. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, but it was behind a locked door. The information binder mentions laundry usage, but we asked use it, we were told it wasn't working. It made a 2-week stay a little tough. There was some water damage to the top of the doors for the under-sink kitchen cabinet. Besides that and the washer/dryer, the unit was well maintained.

Great location with tons of wonderful restaurants nearby. The property looked exactly like the pictures and the rooftop pool was an amazing bonus.

The internet was VERY slow, the mattresses were very firm, the television in the second bedroom stopped working after the third day, and we weren’t informed until after booking that there would be an extra fee for electricity (cost an extra $42).

I stayed here for 3 days. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Well furnished - Nice pool - Quiet neighbourhood with good restaurants nearby Cons: - There is a physical key so they need to meet you to give it to you - The property manger is not on-site and arrived late when I got there, even though I messaged him from the airport. - The location is far from the beach. You need to cross a highway and walk across a large parking lot to get to the beach and the nearest beach is not swimmable. You will need to Uber to a decent beach. - Washing machine did not work - Checkout was very difficult. Communication was very slow. I spent all morning waiting on them just to figure out if they can hold on to my luggage and ended up having to take it with me at noon, even though my flight was at 7pm. Overall I don't recommend based on the fact that you need the property manager for keys and checkout and he is not responsive as well as the location not being close to the beach.

Wonderful apt with a great view the kitchen had everything i needed. The pool and view are great. Me and my pup were very comfortable. Versailles is a great area.

This is a beautiful condo with a spectacular roof top pool. There is everything you need right outside your door. Super clean. Great communication with the managers. The only negetive was in the neighbourhood surrounding were multiple dogs barking all day and all night. Also some of the little restaurant/bars outside were also noisy and went late in the mornings.
