Expect big construction next to the hotel, most of things are ok.

Some of staffs are rude & not trained enough compared other greatness in Fiesta America hotel brand. For example, I arrived early & confirm early check in thru the call. Advised it will be ok to check in 2 PM but at check in lady at concierge was rude & without to hear my story, lady just told me com back later. However, I saw others starts check in & I was upset & I remember the name...Cecilia who was rude to me.
