Comfortable room on 3rd floor but not ideal for us as both over 6 feet tall and had sloping ceiling. There wasn't a comfortable chair to sit in only a stool. Bed very low.

The room was beautiful - but a reminder that 2nd floor in France = 3rd floor in USA. While the room was new and had a beautiful view over the public gardens the private bathroom is anything but - the toilet is literally IN your room, with no privacy at all. It is not ideal. We only stayed for one night so made it work - but it wouldn't be comfortable with anyone other than a significant other. Also - we asked if any extra pillows were available (total of two provided) and the answer was no.
Seulement une nuit mais la chambre est bien décorée, spacieuse, et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul petit bémol pourrait être l’insonorisation intérieure, entre les escaliers et la chambre. Pas de souci pour l’extérieur par contre. Globalement très satisfaite de cet hébergement.
Nice apartment. Breakfast was good although had limited options (bread, jam, yogurt). Needs better in-depth cleaning (under the bed, removing limestone in shower etc).

Tres belle chambre, tres bien décorées, emplacement de choix avec une belle vue. Vraiment tres propore et confortable
Chambre très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût jusque dans les accessoires et les couleurs. Une vue superbe sur le jardin publique et une insonorisation parfaite. Nous recommandons sans aucune reserve cette location parfaitement située à quelques minutes de marche des points d'intérêt de l'hypercentre. L'accueil est parfait . très beau sejour
This property has a unique decor. Floors were not the best though. Breakfast wasn't the best. There was jam, bread and a croissant with coffee/tea. My stay lasted two days and the sign in the room says the room is cleaned for stays longer than a day, and if you leave before 11AM for that day. Well, I made sure to comply with the leave time, as i wanted my room cleaned (I choose this BnB in part because they said they offered daily cleanings). I was surprised to find the room untouched upon return during the evening. I immediately raised the issue with Owner who told me that I had requested my room not be cleaned that day. According to her, I had responded to a question from her assistant/maid that I didn't want any service that day. Her maid, who I only met at breakfast, speaks very good English, so it's not a case of lost in translation. I had no discussion with the maid about service or room cleaning. Owner advised that this was strange, since the maid had been working for her for quite a while. I reaffirmed to the owner that I had left in time, and had NO discussions with the assistant, so whether service should have been performed wasn't in question. The owner's response was to 'apologize', saying "She told me she asked you (if I wanted room cleaned), I am really sorry IF she didn't". That was the WORST part of the exchange as I had affirmed multiple times there was no discussion. I thought it was poor to call a customer potentially dishonest. Worst BnB stay ever.
Location across from the public garden was great! Beautiful neighborhood and owner was very friendly and helpful.
