In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please inform Gîte La Forge De Clermont in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself: For reservations 100 EUR per stay Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for an additional fee: - Bed linen: EUR 10 per bed per stay - Towels: EUR 10 per person per stay A prepayment for an amount equal to 30% of the total stay will be required upon booking by cheque or bank transfer. Please note that Holiday Vouchers are an accepted method of payment and can be used to pay for a maximum of 50% of the cost of the reservation. Please note that the unit don't include electricity fee. the electricity usage will be charged separately.
