Armação Beach Residences

Extremely noisy despite signs saying for residents to be quiet between 9pm and 9 am. Apartment was not the cleanest. Only heard from owner once at the start of our stay and no way to contact if there were any issues.

L'appartamento è comodo come posizione, a piedi si arriva sia nel piccolo centro del paese che sul mare e sulla passeggiata del lungomare. I letti sono comodi, la camera che dà sul retro è molto silenziosa ma anche l'altra va bene. Si parcheggia davanti o comunque molto vicino. La cucina è dotata di tutto , abbiamo avuto anche una bottiglia di vino omaggio! Supermercato Lidl a cinque minuti di macchina. Posso consigliarlo a tutti , noi eravamo in due , ma anche in quattro può andare bene.

washing machine and that it had 2 double bedrooms

it would have felt a lot more clean and fresh if the bedclothes in the front bedroom were newer and lighter colours the dark colours made it feel dingy. same with towels newer and lighter colours. shower also leaked. lounge was dark and patio doors did not close properly

The location was amazing and the host went above and beyond. We had gotten lost and he actually met us outside along the street until we found him. Also, when we went nights were cool and it was wonderful to have heating/cooling units in each bedroom.

The only thing that I found a bit difficult was that the beds were hard. However, I'm told that Europeans like hard beds, not like us Canadians who like pillow-tops..... I did purchase a thick blanket that I used under me when I slept and it was a bit better.

Very clean and pleasant apartement. Owner is a very good host who responds quickly.

Clean and warm. Apartment catered for all or needs.

The sun was never on the terrace due to other tall building shading it. No access to roof terrace due to door being locked.

Great location, walking distance from the beach and from really good restaurants.

The mosquitoes, but easily solved if you get a repellent in any shop or pharmacy.
