I loved the room the bed was very comfortable

We ordered the nachos from restaurant and it didn't have the cilantro or the Pico in it. But other than that the stay was excellent breakfast was great

It was a nice stay everyone was very sweet. The rooms were clean and comfy! I only had two compliants. The pool is indoor and ice cool and I mean just that. Although, the pool room is ridiculously hot like a desert. So, imagine merging two polar opposites in one space! 🤔 Very uncomfortable... Then there was the gym... It was scorching hot🔥 there is two small air-conditions that were not able to cut the heat. I had to open the door for the air to come in from the lobby into the gym just to workout. Well, I know what you want to know... Would I stay there again? Yes! I would the price was phenomenal!! Although, I would probably not use the pool or the gym. Heads up!! If you like to swim or workout in the morning you have been warned!⚠️ ENJOY!!!

Que los empleados nadie ninguno me pudo dar atención en hablar español todos se negaban y decían firmemente que no entendían ni hablaban español Que cuando hice mi reservacion decía que durante mi estancia de dos días el desayuno estaba incluido y resultó que cuando fuimos a la cafetería nos cobraron la cuenta completa de todo porque en inglés dijeron que todo se cobraba nada estaba incluido El agua de la piscina estaba helada mis niños las piscinas son su diversión máxima y cuando vi sus instalaciones en la web me gustó que estuviera techada pero al llegar que mis niños ingresaron ambos solo aguantaron un par de minutos y se enfermaron de tos y de las vías respiratorias congestionadas he ido a muchos hoteles con alberca techada y el agua está templada no así de fría como en hollyday inn en ninguno

Had zero complain about the room itself! The bed was absolutely amazing, it felt like I was sleeping in the clouds. The enterance is so dark I passed it every single time, the parking lot was also very dark and couldn’t see very well. Other than needing more outdoor lights we enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Room had a dirty spot on the carpet, we talked to reception and got a new room right away. Super friendly personnel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, great customer service at check in and dining room Having the convenience of purchasing breakfast was delicious and affordable. The lobby and dining area clean However, the place could use a facelift, a little fix up in and outside, Not very clean inside the room, hallway, swimming pool, nor outside in the parking lot
