Excellent location, middle of the town by the park. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The apartment has great views and its comfortable but itself it is quite old and outdated, especially the bathroom. So after renovation it would be wonderful.

The view.

The appartment is old, run down, dirty and smelly. The furniture, dusty plastic flowers and appliances are disgusting. The pictures and the name promise what reality cannot by far fulfill. From first entering the place, in the first minute, it felt like a money trap and the first very big disappointment after very many bookings over many years on Booking. A truly horrible place from my view. The Booking support to cancel and get reimbursed was ok but not very friendly. The gave us 25 Euros as a compensation! Nothing compared to Airbnb. Will from now on try to avoid Booking and prefer Airbnb wherever possible, when in the past our bookings were 50:50 distributed.
