The location is very central and everything you need and want to see is very near. The staff is very friendly aswell. The rooms are spacious and cleen

It took some time until the water got warm in the shower but that isnt really a problem as it was getting warm after a little bit :)

Location. Surprisingly quiet just off from main Sunday market street. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurants close by. Comfy bed

The rooms were clean but tired looking. Pool was for dips only and shaded

"A Nice,Small Boutique Hotel in the Old-town."

The hotel is in a good old- town location, steps to Wat Phra Singha and less than 10 min walk to my favorite temples, Wat Chedi Luang & Puntao. Rooms are Well decorated & clean. Comfortable beds. I especially like the bathroom- though small, the shower was 5 star. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was ok, basic Western with a few Thai dishes e.g. PadThai , some fruit. A number of cafes nearby. In all, a good stay, good value.

The key cards to the rooms are slow.

"Great place to stay in Chiang Mai."

GREAT LOCATION! Very near Wat Phra Singh. Wat Chedi Luang is walkable in 8 mins. Lots of restaurants around (It’s a Good Kitchen across ghe street), cafe, pastries shops, 7-11 next door, ATM.
