temizlik ve hijyen tedbirleri konusunda gelişmeye ihtiyacı var. Odanın lavabosu tıkalı kat personeline söylememize rağmen hızla çözülmedi. Kahvaltıda tüm servis ortada idi. Herkes ortak servis araçlarını kullandı, kolonya, kolonyalı mendil yada el antiseptiği bulmanıza imkan yok, tabağınızı masaya bıraktıktan sonra lobideki lavabolara kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor. Diğer otellerde banko arkası personel istediğimiz yiyecekleri tabağımıza koyarak bir çok riski bertaraf etmiş oluyordu. Burada göremedik ne yazık ki, ayrıca havuz, havuzun bulunduğu alan, lobi ve odalar Ramada adına yakışır şekilde temizlenmemişti. büyük bir hayal kırıklığı ile ayrıldık.

The hotel is located really in amazing place, has tasty cuisine. But - the room was not enough clean and had not so fresh smell inside: dirty floor, at the bathroom - hairs after not so good cleaning. Not all facilities r working, for example indoor pool. Unfortunately I can not recommend this place for very tidy guests. Maalesef, bu oteli çok tettis insanlar için tavsiye edemem.

Hotel is from outside beautiful and it had nice beach. We booked 3 rooms for two days in this hotel. We got rooms without minibar, no AC. The all 3 rooms was Very hot and smelled very bad, so we had to open the window and hear loud street voice all night. When we asked for AC in the morning, answer was that they will repair it in 1 hour, they lied. No AC at all for two days. When I went to shower there were water blockage, so the water was all around the hotel room. I requested to change the room. They said they don’t have any room empty so they will dry the floor carpet. Hotel was generally dirty even the lobby. Windows and floor were greasy. Cleaning were awful. Hotel manager was very rude.

Otel sahile sıfır olması ve sabah uyandığınızda dalgaların sesini duymak çok güzel. Otelin büyüklüğü ve sundukları hizmetleri ile çok güzel. Ufak tefek teknik eksiklik olsada tatil yapmaya değer.

The room was very big and really nice. The swimming pool was also big and beautiful, but the hotel offers no services: very poor menu at the restaurant and they don’t serve any alcohol; the WiFi is very bad, almost non existent, and there is no room service. So it has to improve a lot to become a real 5 stars hotel.
