The Cairn Hotel

The hotel is being renovated; the room was okay but the bathroom was dirty. No amenities such as lotion or shampoo either. Check in was okay but our online reservation showed for Jan 29, not Jan 15 but the desk clerk fixed it. When I booked it online it showed for Jan 15. No TV guide in the room. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. . Have stayed here numerous times but won't be back next time.

Good location, ok breakfast

This is a non smoking facility. That being said we endured cigarette smoke all night. The man next store would step outside his door and smoke by our door all night long. When complaining about it the person at the desk said they could do nothing if the person was not smoking in his room.

This place always gets highscores! The front desk people are always so kind and inviting! When you walk into the rooms you can SMELL how clean it is. Not like an overwhelming scent way, just that if you've stayed in a bad room you know how a clean room SHOULD smell. The floor was spotless, all surfaces were wiped and the bathroom was clean. Stayed in the same room as last time where there was no cover on the ac panel, where the buttons were. It wasn't a big deal then, but my toddler kept touching it so I let the front desk know. This time however it was there! Meaning they actually took the time to find a cover for it! Amazing service. Love the breakfast area as well. 10/10 place to stay!!

I have stayed at the Ramada a number of times, work and personal, and have never been disappointed. Check in was easy and quick, room was clean, roomy, and the bed was very nice. Quiet and comfortable throughout the night/stay. Thank you!

Great location. Great Mexican Restaurant right next door. Friendly Staff. Would stay here again. Fast Check In which I really like.
