PLI really enjoyed my stay at this hostel and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer (I stayed in three different hostels in Chiang Mai during my Thailand trip and this one was my favorite). The owner and staff were super kind and always happy to help, and communication was easy. The common areas were clean and the guest kitchen had everything I needed. In my opinion this isn't a "social" hostel, but rather a calm, comfortable and welcoming place where anyone can feel at home. The location is nice: it’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to the center, with good places to eat nearby and a 7-Eleven just a short walk away. The owners have a beautiful siamese cat which you can meet near/at the coffee shop. Overall, a really warm, comfortable place with great value. I’d happily stay here again if I'll back to Chiang Mai.
If I had to suggest anything, it would just be to add some lockable storage in the rooms.
