En la aplicación se anuncia que la reserva incluye desayuno americano, pero al llegar el hotel indicó que no era así. Adicionalmente, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba. Considero que la información publicada no coincide con el servicio recibido

"Leider nicht mehr so gut wie es mal war."

Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge in den Sequoia National Park.

Ich komme seit Jahren immer wieder in dieses Hotel. Doch es ist stehen geblieben. Alte Teppiche und der Indoor Pool hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Limpio y espacioso

Ofrecen American breakfast en el booking pero luego de la reserva dice que es pagando. Y anyways cuando llegas al counter te dicen que no tienen desayuno solo yogurt para la venta. (Grab and go for sale). Which is not what it was mentioned on the announcement on booking.

"It was good, nice place. Having breakfast would have been great. We really needed it."

Room was nice. The location nice. The bathroom really nice. Even the hotel looks nice. They have a really nice mini snack store and nice private office area.

They did not have breakfast. I specifically selected the location because it said it included free breakfast, but the staff there said not anymore and they had removed it from the website, but I wasn't the only person that was also upset with the advertisement. Even the coffee station was sad.
