"Excellent Staff, Misleading Breakfast Advertisement"

The customer service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. However, I was disappointed because the website advertised free breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I chose to book this hotel. When I arrived and asked about breakfast, I was told they do not offer free breakfast. I feel the website information should be corrected or updated to avoid confusion and disappointment for future guests. Other than that, the staff provided excellent service.

Easy check-in, clean room, comofortable bed and helpful staff. All you need in a hotel. Definitely recommend it as a stop before visiting Sequoia National Park.

Very nice hotel located right outside of town, easy to reach. Huge parking lot, practical to park the car overnight for free. The room was very big and comfortable, quiet and relaxing, furnished with fridge, microwave & coffee machine. We had a nice 2 nights stay and will be our choice again if we will be in the area again in the future.
