This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The owners are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our room was lovely and we slept well. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property was next to the Homestead so it's an easy walk if you book activities through the resort. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Our hosts treated us like family. We got the opportunity to unplug and relax in a beautiful, clean, historic property. It was delightful dining at the huge table and talking with new people. On our trip we enjoyed the mineral baths, hiking, swimming in the Jackson River, and a local hard cider tasting. All the local restaurants serve fresh, tasty homemade foods. I highly recommend Warm Springs / Hot Springs and Vine Cottage for a refreshing, quiet getaway.

Comfy, tidy, friendly, conveniently walkable: simply lovely!

Been to Bath County many times in my life and never did the B&B thing until this trip. Vine Cottage Inn is usually all booked but we caught them at just the right time. Tammy was very welcoming and let us move from the third floor to the second floor due to the number of stairs and hard for us to climb. The kitchenette is all you need and open 24hrs. Baked cookies, water, soda and hot tea available all hours. Fresh coffee in the morning, with a wonderful breakfast with eggs, ham, and a biscuit with butter and jelly. The bed was very comfortable! And the pedestal tub was great for soaking those muscles. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Fantastic little B&B, right near The Homestead. I’ll definitely be staying here instead of the Homestead the next time I’m in Hot Springs.

The host was friendly and kind. The place is clean, beautiful, and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious.
