I booked this place one month in advance. On the day of arrival, I received an email from Booking.com canceling my stay due to an error in the price. Even though the property itself inserts the prices, they claim the error was made by Booking.com during the price release process, and that this had happened before. However, we will never know who actually made the mistake. In the end, the client — clearly the only party without any fault — is the one who suffers. Booking.com disconnected my calls six times during our conversations. As for the hotel owners, they were always kind to me, but regardless of whether they were responsible for the mistake or not, contacting Booking.com on the day of my arrival to cancel my reservation, despite it having been made one month earlier, was not a decision that protected the client, but rather one based on profit. The right thing to do would have been to receive the guest — who should not even be aware of all these internal problems — and resolve the issue with Booking.com afterward, especially if this was not the first time such a problem had occurred. Protecting the client should have come first. Although they helped me find another place and drove me to the nearest bus station, their decision to contact Booking.com and cancel my reservation on the day of my arrival was clearly motivated by money rather than customer care. Without knowing who committed the original mistake, both Booking.com and the hotel owners failed to act as they should have.

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Es war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gut in dem neuen Frühstücksraum. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Außenanlage ist neu gemacht und sehr schön. Ich könnte mir einen Urlaub mit der Familie sehr gut vorstellen, da für jeden etwas dabei ist. Und man ist sofort in der Stadt.

Très bel emplacement au calme. Chambre grande et confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. A 15 mn en voiture du centre de Vérone.

Petit bémol mais pas très grave pour une nuit, certaines chambres sont en étage inférieur donc pas très lumineuses mais cela est largement compensé par les espaces extérieurs verdoyants avec transats et piscine.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Pool und Garten sehr schön. Sicherer Parkplatz. Frühstück war sehr gut. Unsere Kinder haben die familiäre Atmosphäre genossen.

Die Familiensuite liegt im Untergeschoss und hat keinen Blick nach draußen. Dadurch sehr kalt. Die Bilder täuschen hier leider etwas. Beschreibung ist bei booking drin, aber habe ich leider überlesen.
