Good place, very difficult to find. It’s very clean butI didn’t find it comfortable as much as other hotels. Bathroom is just a wet room with a underpowered shower and the doubles are singles put together and you do notice. Would stay again but don’t use it for anything for couples

Clean modern hotel, think more facilities should be available to all guests and not limited to elite athletes as all paying customers, receptionist on check/in was ok but not as friendly and welcoming as main chain hotels, this was my second stay and think rooms would benefit from drinking water, tissues and biscuits on tea tray as standard, but otherwise a clean, modern, comfortable hotel with great views of sports facilities at Loughborough university.

The place was easy to find and use The staff were friendlier and more helpful than in most hotels I have visited in the last year (83 nights away!)

Very clean and modern with excellent service from all staff. The room was amazing with a huge comfortable bed so can’t fault my stay.

Excellent hotel, lovely team easy parking

Amazing room. Very comfy- just plain simple layout. Things are easy to find, good lighting, good view out of the window.

All staff very friendly and helpful that we met however the cleaning of our room was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Mugs not washed up towels only left for one person even though we were a couple and bathroom not fully cleaned. However I would stay again as these were minor issues. As another guest commented if your stay longer than two nights breakfast becomes repetitive.

This is a great hotel. If you are in to being healthy then this is the hotel for you.

Vere nice hotel and very good breakfast The only disadvantage is student’s voice level on Friday and Saturday nights around the hotel Because you are in the campus
