Персонал на ресепшен — просто молодцы: вежливые, внимательные, всегда готовы помочь. Особенно порадовало оперативное общение через мессенджер и досрочное заселение. Чистое бельё. Отдельно отмечу великолепное расположение — всего 10 минут до набережной Тивата. В шаговой доступности находятся отличные рестораны, магазины и пляж.

Заселился в номер, который явно нуждается в срочном ремонте. Мебель находится в плачевном состоянии: стулья настолько изношены, что опасно на них сидеть. В санузле сломаны крепления для душевой лейки и держателя туалетной бумаги. Повсюду заметны следы небрежного отношения к обслуживанию: на потолке скопилась паутина, шторы провисли из-за отсутствующих креплений. Такие недочёты создают впечатление, что отель давно не заботился о комфорте гостей. Жаль, что из-за подобных мелочей впечатление от отдыха полностью испорчено.

The room was big, and there was parking

It is obvious that at one point in the past the hotel and apartment were both nice, however there needs to be someone taking accountability for the sorry state of it now. It felt unloved, unclean and uncared for. There were broken bits of furniture in the communal areas, the bushes were growing over the paths, under the stairs (by the glass window) there are black rubbish sacks covered with dust, a full mop and backer was left outside the room all night, the toilet roll holder, the shower head and shower gel holder were either missing or broken yet no one had fixed it. There were two mugs in the room, one was chipped, the other filthy. It’s not hard to fix these things, but no one cares. The receptionist was rude and was laughing when I tried to check in, more interested in her friend than the guests. I would not stay here again, and would not recommend
