La douche

Accès au logement difficile et pas de réponse de l’établissement. La propreté et murs fissurés. N’est pas insonorisé.

La habitación estaba bien y muy bien ubicada. La cama cómoda, la limpieza correcta.

Es imposible contactar con la pensión en el teléfono que te dan con rapidez. En el baño el agua salía entre templada y fría. Las explicaciones de acceso son imposibles, tuve un problema con el móvil y después de tres horas o tentando acceder con las llaves, deberían explicar mejor que el llavero de publicidad es la otra llave acabé soltando ayuda a la Ertzaina.

Only Good location

They contacted me few times in advance to tell me how to access the room, but the system didn't work and I couldn't get in the room. I happened to meet other guests who helped me out, but they said they had the same problem and couldn't get in. The private bathroom isn't in the room; it's in the corridor. opposite room. The floor gets wet all the time when I use the shower.

La doccia era completamente otturata, la struttura fatiscente (sia la stanza che l'edificio presentava delle crepe importanti). Si sentivano assolutamente tutti i rumori provenienti nelle stanze adiacenti. Cuscini molto scomodi e in generale la stanza non rispecchiava quanto mostrato in foto.

El baño era bastante nuevo y la habitación estaba bien.

La llegada fue desastrosa. Me mandaron un link para abrir la puerta pero era la de otra casa. Fuimos allí y pudimos abrir la puerta del apartamento donde se hospedaban otros clientes... Eso hace que la visión de seguridad y privacidad de esta pensión disminuya mucho... Después de hablar con la pensión y que lo arreglasen, no tuvimos ningún tipo de síntoma de preocupación por la equivocación ni pidieran perdón ni nada. Muy descontentos con la atención más allá de lo mínimo que debían hacer que era enviarnos el link correcto para abrir la puerta.

The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and nice atmosphere locally.

Access to the place was very complicated and you must have a phone with internet in order to do so. We were sent two different check in instructions with different room names and codes. The room name also didn’t match the one we were sent. It was not easy to check in at all and there are no staff there as it is all remote check in. The WiFi password is not displayed and is at the very bottom of a long pdf we were sent for check in. The room was very small and it was incredibly noisy. The people in the other rooms may as well have been in our room as we could hear them so clearly. The room had a fan rather than air con and a small balcony. The light switch was not nicely attached to the wall and looked like it would fall off. The bathroom was also not attached to the room which was not great. If we needed to use it we had to leave our room and unlock the bathroom door in the corridor. It was very small and had no ventilation so was always wet and incredibly humid. It was also quite mouldy due to this. For £160 per night it was absolutely not as good as we expected.
