I went to Pinnacle Hotel with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!

I booked the presidential suite and it was nothing short of amazing- just what I needed to wind down a dismal 2025 for me☺️ This room has full panoramic views of white beach..if you’re after a hidden gem at the best spot of white beach station 1 then this resort will deliver beyond expectations. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of station 2..so you’ll get ur peace and quiet but can still access everything/D Mall at a stones throw away/via the free shuttle service that the hotel kindly offers.

The staff are friendly.

The checkout was the most horrible experience I had amongst all the hotels that I experienced. I was charged for missing beach towels and a coat hanger. I booked 4 rooms. How sure am I that whatever was sent for washing actually got replaced with the same number of towels? Therefore, chances are it could have been mixed between rooms. Their checkout system was flawed. It took us ages to check out. In the end, I just had to give up and pay in anyway. We were told that Pinnacle has this reputation .
