"Good"

Really smiley staff member who served up a delicious breakfast.

The shower was freezing cold every day and the banking machine didn't work when trying to make payment. Also during the day it was unclear how to get in touch with staff if there was an emergency during the day. We only saw her in the mornings.

One of the best places we've stayed at during our travels of South America. Good value for money. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Stunning view of the volcanoes from the terrace. Very kind staff. We would definitely stay here again!

Showers occasionally went colder - particularly in the evening.

The fact that the room's view was directly on the courtyard, the floor that was very cold, the price of the room (130 USD for a night).

Big king sized bed was lovely. Great ambience inside. Very clean rooms. Good location, particularly safe, for exploring either Yanahuara or the historic centre of the city.
