Amazing View Apartment

The view was truly amazing. Location is perfect because everything was near us. The owner was very helpful on every occassion we needed. I am sure we will be back soon in Zadar, only in this appartment.

Dream house, absolutely! Perfect location, wonderful interior design, lovely plants, and a brilliant view. No joke, you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony. The host, Loris, is superb and helpful. Just hope I can come back here every weekend.

Recommended. Great location close to old town, great views, free parking in front of the building (if available), spacious and nicely equipped flat.

Overall a great apartment which we can highly recommend. Nevertheless a few small points for improvement: 1. Some kitchen cutlery was not exactly clean; the cleaner should check how the previous guests have cleaned the dishes. 2. The coffee machine does not work / seems to be broken. It also takes much too much space on the countertop. A compact nespresso machine would be nice. 3. Drain in the shower got partially clogged towards the end of our stay. The cleaner should make sure each time that it is really clean before new guests arrive. 4. A few pieces of cutlery are missing from the kitchen, eg good knives.

Beautiful apartment, the view is truly breathtaking and the location is perfect!

We loved this apartment. It was beautiful inside and the views really are lovely, looking over the old town and the harbour and sea beyond. We particularly enjoyed having a drink on the balcony watching the sunset. Location is ideal being just outside the old town but right next to the main pedestrian bridge to get in. There's restaurants and bars below the apartment, as well as a supermarket and bakery which is super convenient. But it's an easy walk into old town too. We did a boat excursion from Zadar which I would recommend doing. We also visited Kolovare beach but drove as it is a fair distance away to walk in the heat. My only negative is the parking. Although there is a car park in front of the building, it was so busy we never managed to get a space there. Parking on the main street in front is paid for so not suitable. Each time we took the car out then involved driving round and round the surrounding streets looking for a space which inevitably ended up being on a pavement, which seems to be the norm in Croatia!
