My stay at Wyndham was made memorable by the warm and personable interactions with two employees. Kalinda from the front desk generously offered a free upgrade to a bay facing room. I stayed at this property for a conference hosted there twice, in Feb '25 and '26. The location is close to Little Italy, safe, and with several dining options within walking distance (10-15 min). You may get a simple good breakfast at the shop Hazelwood's next door, while the Claim Jumper restaurant inside the hotel has an amazing gluten-free bun for burgers and quite okay food. I'd surely sleep at this Wyndham again for business. My second stay was particularly great thanks to the sales reservation agent Ryan Ochs, who went above and beyond to meet my needs. First he got me a bed adequately firm for my back issues, an aspect that some hotels overlook when asked. Then, he helped me with an invoice missing key details for my employer (another clerk could not help me, thankfully I emailed Ryan!). Ryan is an outstanding example of proper service and hospitality, and will always have my gratitude for making my experience smooth.
