We had no privacy while staying at her place, the kitchen is a disaster, a cardboard that isn't sealed properly seperares your room from theirs, so you can hear everything from both sides, the aircon unit is a ripoff, you don't even use that much power for the amount you have to pay, and lastly the "splash pool" can't be used because of poor maintenance when it is the hottest time of the year.
