BARDZO DOBRY KONTAKT Z WYNAJMUJĄCYM. Zarówno mailowo jak i telefonicznie, co dziś jest rzadkością. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko centrum. Do Pałacu Kultury i Złotych Tarasów 15 minut. Do metra M1 10 minut piechotą. W okolicy mnóstwo lokali gastronomicznych, choć do tanich raczej nie należą. Komfort w pokoju bardzo dobry. Łóżko wygodne, choć nie jest podwójne, tylko dwa pojedyncze, zsunięte. W ofercie jest łóżko podwójne. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona zarówno w sprzęt jak i naczynia.

Łazienka ciasna, a zlew miniaturowy. Ogolenie się to ekwilibrystyka. Kabina też mała, choć wystarczająca. Brak parkingu. Samochód na parkingu ulicznym, płatnym w godzinach od 8 do 20 od poniedziałku do piątku. Cena ponad 420 zł za dobę nieco wygórowana, chyba ze względu na lokalizację.
