+ Wonderful personnel! Never seen the team like this before!!! + Beach area nicely organized and very pleasant + Beautiful outdoor area with lawns and trees + Food in the main restaurant and how the place is set

- Rooms are very small - No sound / water isolation with the bathroom - Worn out and unpleasant towels, bed sheets and robes - Check out could be improved. Currently keys stop working before the checkout time, so we were locked outside in the heat - Some cups / glasses / plates were not clean - No toiletries provided - Selection of alcoholic drinks could be better - No coffee shop, and the coffee that is served is of a low quality; no coffee machine in the room - I'm all about coffee) Personnel make up for many flaws with how friendly, professional and attentive they are.

The heat, and the A/C problems. Managers are not welcoming all though other staff were nice.

We experienced the best hospitality from the staff as they were very generous and caring. Mr. Mustafa and Miss Katherina treated us very nicely and made us feel very welcomed. We made some special requests and they responded very positively to our requests.

The activities and evening performances were very dull and unamusing.

Spotlessly clean. Well maintained. Relaxed environment. Attentive staff.

Tom the main entertainer without him the entertainment is shocking bad, you don’t even see the other entertainers Bistro bar open 24/7 Toilets are always clean and cleaning staff are lovely Water park Food 6/10

The rooms are very low, you have to watch out for the air conditioning. average food in public restaurants. Very good food in Ala Carte restaurants but not in the basic restaurants and bar.

Kids club was very well run by the employees. Staff went above and beyond to make sure kids really enjoyed their time there. Check out was smooth. Service of the staff in general except a few. They almost always had a smile on their faces towards us.

I had to deal with payment procedures 1 week before the start of our stay and both myself and booking.com had to spend extra efforts to convince the hotel on confirmation of the payment. It was quite a discomfort to deal with payment before we even went there. Check in/Welcome process. We werent even offered a glass of water after such a long journey to arrive there. Instructions of what's what were very superficial. We were simply told that we needed to download an app and figure out everything there on our own. Proximity of our family room to the loud areas was very inconvenient. Families with small kids can be located in rooms away from loud music. Food and drinks very mediocre at best.
