The Nest Hotel Suffolk

This is the worst hotel EVER! Don’t do it, stay away. Trust me you’re better off sleeping in your car. It’s dirty and the staff are very rude.

Everything was bad

Plastic on the beds

Location was OK. Across from a truck stop and a Huddle House

Entering the room to find out that all rooms seems to have a access door to other rooms wasn't appealing. Bed wasn't comfortable. Super thin mattress on a metal frame with no headboard. Internet was always going out and could not connect the WiFi.

There was nothing I liked about this motel

There was no WiFi no maid service we couldn’t even get a extra towel they told us we had to bring the dirty towel to the front desk to exchange it for a clean towel the pool was closed there was no pictures on the wall just a long cord going to the tv the bathtub was stained there was black spots on the ceiling above the bed there was plastic on the mattress the door would not shut all the way unless you slammed it shut the shower water made you skin feel oily

The lock on door was busted. The facility wasn’t very clean. The workers looked sketchy.

When we first arrived there were three officers at the property giving us an unsettling feeling we continued with the check in process and went to our room. The one pillow had what looked to be a blood stain, there were bugs crawling across the bed and room , the door did not even touch the floor so that is a huge safety hazard. I think they should consider closing the doors and updating the hotel
