No clean, the house keepind they no do good job toulette was no clean and 2 days they no clean my room

3 adults staying in one room with two queen beds. I towel, 1 wash cloth. Went to call downstairs to request towel the phone did not work. Went down stairs was told they would not have towels for about a hour was told we would be able to pick towels up when we came back there would be some at the desk. Came back sign up stated no rooms available and no towels. I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter and I was told there were no towels left for us as a, but the lady stated she would have some and save them Force. He then told me the lady from earlier lied to me. I told him I wanted a refund. He said I should get one for the service that was being given. The next morning when we went down to check out the lady behind the counter, stated that she had the towels behind the counter, but the gentleman said he did not want to give them to us because there was many people around, asking for tiles that was not correct. How can a hotel not have towels for the guest that have already booked and they know they’re coming in. I will never stay there again and reserved about using Booking.com ever again.

The price was okay.

They kept trying to charge my card everynight at 4am for more money than I paid for the room. I had already paid through booking but I had 4 declined charges for 123 dollars
