They were not friendly at all, there were no warm water, the room was too small, and was just above the bus station and gangs were playing loud music during the whole day. The area is dirty full of aggressive stray dogs. I left one day earlier than planned.

Wifi very weak or non existing!!!

Great location steps away from the beach with lots of restaurants around. The hotel is in the heart of Huanchaco a vibrant beach town. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, daily cleaning and a simple breakfast of eggs, bread, jam, coffee and juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close, a short bus ride, to Chan Chan and the buses pass right by the hotel. We had an ocean view room and two or the glass wall panels slide open which allowed us to really enjoy the sounds of the ocean in our room and a spectacular view of the sunset.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the view – watching the surfers and the setting sun! The staff is really lovely and accommodating, they welcomed us in the early hours after a long bus ride and allowed for a late checkout.
