A little gem. We booked here as it's convenient for the Churnet Valley Railway, and expected no more than a standard B and B. Julie is far better than that, and who couldn't love a room with its own pool table! But its the little details we loved. The Ferero Roche chocolate, the top notch toiletries, and the wonderful full English breakfast! We now have a place in the Dales to recommend!!

Did not have breakfast, Kingsley may be a little isolated but the location fell in 100% with our plans for the weekend

Bedroom was a little cold on arrival for my wife but it was warm enough for me. Control over the heating of the room would have been welcomed.

Juile was an amazing host, made you feel at home, and couldn't help you enough! :) The house and room were spotless and fabulous. Gorgeous free standing bath in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and even linen was top quality. My partner didn't feel well the day we were due to check out, and she allowed us to stay later for him to rest until we headed to the airport. A lady! 10/10 highly recommend. Great location for Alton towers and a lovely country escape.
