Friendly staff Close to my work convention

A little bit of mold on the shower sign for the shampoo dispenser. Confusion with checkout. Non primary left out early and the room was marked as empty. So me as the primary was woken up as room service came to clean then a call from the front desk that the room was checked out and needed to be cleaned.
