This is the worst experience of renting a house remotely. First of all, the owner's disrespect for his tenants. Part of the house was rented out for a wedding, that is, guests invited to a wedding that was taking place at the neighbors lived there. On the first day, the music played until 11 p.m., on the second day until 2 a.m. and was turned off only when the police arrived. In addition, opposite our windows, a kitchen was opened, cooking for 100+ guests. When I called the owner and asked why we weren't warned about the wedding, why all this was happening in front of our windows, etc., the owner replied that the neighbors were his friends and if we didn't like it, we could move out without a refund. We spent 12 hours getting to this place, but the owner doesn't care about us. Cleanliness. The cleaning was disgusting, there was no mattress protector, an additional cover that was placed under the sheets had never been washed, it was all stained, haired, etc. The pillows don't have a protector, only pillowcases, the pillows themselves are not in very good condition. The same goes for the bathroom. In response to our complaint, a cleaning lady arrived who said that they always do this and was very surprised that we knew how it should be. At the same time, the owner wrote a lie in the message that they work according to hotel standards. The accommodation is not worth the money, the owner does not respect the guests, there is no cleanliness. We will ask Booking to exclude the free property from their listings.

The family room is spacious, decent and clean. Very ideal for a big family.

It could use an upgrade to make it look more new and modern. If you have big heavy luggages, it will be a little difficult as you have to go down a steep stairs because the room is in a house in the basement.

It looked different from the pictures, and it didnt have a TV where it says there's TV to watch netflix on but it was missing a TV

The beds were comfortable and it had a good shower.

Very bare bones. Not enough dishes or silverware. And no dishwashing soap in the kitchen. Was not the cleanest.

I like the privacy until the day I checked out

I didn't like how the owners came in at 11am yesterday and started packing my stuff yelling at me arguing with me calling me names being rude upsetting my dog by yelling.
