this guy doesn’t even deserve a zero rating . it should be minus. very rude and arrogant and in dealing with customers. don’t ever dare to make a mistake dealing with this property owner. no self respect

nothing. bad behavior and attitude in talking with client. negative customer service . if has remaining self respect, he should return my hard earned money as he did not even allow me to enter his property. this is vey destructible to the image of booking.Com . , should be banned this guy for life.

Everything I needed was available. The free parking on site was great.

I assumed I would be contacted through the Booking.com app, but the property owners texted my phone, so I missed the check-in information. Also, it wasn't as clean as I thought it should be; there was hair in the shower.
