"Unusual and artsy space"

Very cool and artsy approach to interior. Great for a short stay in Como. Smooth communication and very central location. Local tips on luggage storage and general navigation in the city are really helpful.

"False advertising"

Advertised as garden view but it was garbage bins and car park view. Noisy with cars parking and garbage and bottles being deposited. Dark and gloomy inside . Shower leaked everywhere, keys to door very hard to manage every time, no kettle, aircon did not work, sink plug did not open, hot water system leaked onto the floor. i met other guests also disappointed with their accomodation here, and their keys were tricky as well. as one of them said to me, “Its a dud booking for me”. I agree. You’re paying for the location to central Como only.

just the location

bath was stinky, air conditioner wasn’t working, dirty, the property is inside a garage and the windows are partly open so you almost don’t have any privet place!!

"Shortstay ok"

perfectly located in the city center, walking distance to restaurants, lakes, etc. It has functioning air condition and a kitchen.

the place looks „lived“ in, the shower continuously flooded the whole bathroom, check-out time was already at 10 am, I found male beard hair in the glas where you put your toothbrush… All in all it could be a nice place, but it’s a bit „worn out“. Also the neighbours upstairs partied until 3am.

liked the location and comfortable bed

i didn’t like the shower as it flooded after use with could have easily been prevented by installation of a glass door. due to the shower constantly flooding the bathroom smelled awful. the air conditioning was not that effective but it was definitely better than none. except for the shower I was pleased with the accommodation

Location was great and the staff managing it were very accommodating

It was quite dark and the bathroom was fairly small (I am fairly tall though)
