Well we had to pay for the continental breakfast.

Continental Breakfast should be complementary.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The staff were really kind.

I didn't like that you had to pay for breakfast, I feel like it should be included with the price of the room.

The electric blackout shade did not work. We were able to force it down manually so we could finally sleep but were worried about breaking it. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft.

Area was nice, lots of restaurants. Room was clean

I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

I didn’t like how I was there for days and my room never got cleaned. I called down to the front desk over 5 times asking for clean towels and rags so that we could shower. No one ever came. Ever. Really paying for the property because service clearly wasn’t included. Needless to say I ended my stay early.

I had absolutely HORRIBLE experience. when I arrived - extremely tired at 11 pm - the hotel had oversold their rooms and gave our room away- The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel

The carpet in the room was not worn down, bathroom was spotless. The elevator(both) were very clean. Ice machine was clean(I manage the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility, I look at everything).

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything was very clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
