The location

The villa is currently located on a noisy building site, with workmen who regularly pass near back windows so there is a lack of privacy. The owner enjoys playing ridiculously loud music in the evening. The smell of sewage in the bathroom. The overpriced charge for laundry for a small load $25 considering it’s self catering they don’t have a washing machine installed. Apart from the lovely cleaners who were always friendly and kind the actual owners themselves are disorganised and do not have any concept of customer service. The bigger issue that we had despite paying for our booking we were constantly harassed throughout the holiday to keep completing booking/payment details. They confessed that they were already aware of the issue as this had occurred with many customers before us but still they did not think to correspond and complete these details prior to our arrival. We arrived in the evening after an 11hour flight with no basic items such as soap, dish soap, tea, coffee or sugar available. Things that you would expect even in a self catering apartment (we have stayed at quite a few) overall it’s not a cheap place to stay and it is not family friendly (young kids) as there is a building/site during the day and a club during the night with a unhygienic odour of sewage in the bathroom.

Excellent location in a quiet location (except see "what I didn't like") a short distance from the beach, where you can snorkel beautifully. Excellent room equipment, you don't need basically anything (pots, cutlery, knives, etc.). Fast internet, beautifully maintained garden. Tree with aki fruit opposite.

I would easily give the accommodation the highest mark, but ..... It is not possible that early in the morning the workers on the adjacent undelivered objects start pounding with hammers, chiseling, etc. It woke us up, while, paradoxically, these works stopped at noon. The air conditioning is aimed directly at the bed - it cannot run even at night.

Good location, great price, well equipped and very clean. Hard to beat and the staff is exceptional!

I arrived at the hotel with my cat, they told me that they did not accept animals and I told them that it was fine that I could cancel the reservation and look for another hotel and they told me that I could stay but that they would charge me a 50-dollar DEPOSIT in case my cat cat could cause some material damage. I agreed. My cat was medicated so he didn't even move inside the room. The next day the cleaning lady tells us that they cannot return the deposit money because it was actually extra money for letting the cat spend the night. It seemed very dishonest to me that they talked about a deposit and then decided that it was an extra charge when I was willing to look for another hotel that would accept me with my pet, they excused themselves saying that it was because of the extra cleaning... there was nothing to clean, my cat didn't come out of its cage and we were only one night we leave early in the morning.
